Well,
Actually I'm very interested in the Alpha in that I work in a place
that deals in them daily(Digital Equipment Salem NH.) We send out
Alpha development kits . But on the other I'm not because I don't
see one in my near future. I figure that Blaise knows so I don't
see any value in persuing it. I'd kind of like this thread to
die. I realize that some have to defend their products but the
point has been made. I joined this list to learn Lightwave and
as of late maight as well be reading comp.hardware.adv or something.
the ratio of hardware to LW has really gotten out of line. I feel
straight Nt questions should be delt with on the NT list ect.
DEC has a web page and I am sure one could find out about the
virtues of the Alpha there. but then this is not the issue is
it ?
